Add your SyncTech email to the Gmail app, Samsung Email or any Android mail app.

Incoming, IMAPmail.your-domain.com993SSL
Incoming, POP3mail.your-domain.com995SSL
Outgoing, SMTPmail.your-domain.com465SSL

Replace your-domain.com with your actual domain. Username is always your full email address.

Set up on Android

  1. Add an account

    Open Gmail, tap your profile picture → Add another account → Other.

  2. Enter email and go manual

    Type your full email and tap Manual setup, then choose Personal (IMAP).

  3. Password

    Enter your mailbox password.

  4. Incoming server

    Server mail.your-domain.com, port 993, security SSL/TLS, username your full email.

  5. Outgoing server

    Server mail.your-domain.com, port 465, security SSL/TLS, “Require sign-in” on.

  1. Add account

    Open Samsung Email → Add account → Other.

  2. Enter email and password

    Type your full email and password, tap Manual setup and choose IMAP account.

  3. Enter the servers

    Incoming mail.your-domain.com 993 (SSL), outgoing mail.your-domain.com 465 (SSL), full email as username.

  1. Choose manual / IMAP

    Add a new account and choose the manual or “Other / IMAP” option.

  2. Enter the same settings

    Incoming mail.your-domain.com 993 (SSL), outgoing mail.your-domain.com 465 (SSL), username = full email.

Sending fails on mobile data? Some networks block port 465. Try Wi-Fi, or switch SMTP to port 587 with STARTTLS.
