Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work across SyncTech's services. We aim to be fair and clear, if anything is unclear, please ask us before you order.

Managed Web Design

Design projects begin with discovery, design and build work. Because this work starts immediately, deposits and completed milestones are non-refundable. Where a project includes a stated money-back guarantee, the terms of that guarantee apply.

Hosting & email plans

Hosting, email and security plans are billed annually in advance. You may cancel at any time; the service continues to the end of the paid period. Part-used periods are generally non-refundable, except where a specific money-back guarantee is stated on the plan.

Domains

Domain registrations and transfers are non-refundable once submitted to the registry, as the registration fee is paid to the registry and cannot be recovered.

Renewals

Services renew automatically at the standard rate to prevent unwanted downtime or domain loss. To avoid renewal, cancel before the renewal date by contacting us.

How to cancel

Contact us by email or WhatsApp using the details below with your account name and the service you wish to cancel. We'll confirm the cancellation and any applicable dates in writing.

Exceptions

Where mandatory consumer protection laws in Malaysia grant you additional rights, those rights are not affected by this policy.
