Terms of Service
Last updated: July 2026
These Terms of Service govern your use of SyncTech's websites, hosting, email, domain and related services. By ordering or using our services, you agree to these terms.
The services
SyncTech provides managed web design, web hosting, business email, domain registration, security and website care services. The specific services you receive are set out in your plan or quotation.
Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate account and billing information and keep it up to date
- Use the services lawfully and in line with our Acceptable Use Policy
- Keep your login credentials secure and responsible for activity on your account
- Ensure you hold the rights to any content you provide to us or host with us
Fees & billing
Fees are billed in advance for the period stated in your plan (typically annually). Services renew at the standard rate unless cancelled. Domain and third-party charges are passed on at cost or as quoted.
Uptime & support
We aim for high availability and provide a 99.9% uptime commitment on eligible hosting plans, excluding scheduled maintenance and events beyond our reasonable control. Support is provided during stated hours and via WhatsApp for account holders.
Content & ownership
You own your website and content. On completion and payment for a managed design project, the delivered website is yours. We retain ownership of our underlying tools, templates and systems.
Suspension & termination
We may suspend or terminate services for non-payment, breach of these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, or where required by law. You may cancel in line with our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, SyncTech is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the affected service in the preceding 12 months.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
