Add your SyncTech email to any version of Outlook, Windows, Mac or mobile.
Replace your-domain.com with your actual domain. Username is always your full email address.
Click the Settings gear (top right) → Accounts → Email accounts → Add account.
Type your full email address and click Continue.
If it asks how to add the account, choose IMAP (not Microsoft 365 / Exchange).
Incoming server mail.your-domain.com, port 993, SSL. Outgoing server mail.your-domain.com, port 465, SSL. Username is your full email address.
Enter your mailbox password, click Continue, then send yourself a test email to confirm.
Go to File → Add Account, enter your email, then choose Advanced options → Let me set up my account manually.
Select IMAP as the account type.
Both servers are mail.your-domain.com. Incoming IMAP 993 (SSL/TLS), Outgoing SMTP 465 (SSL/TLS).
Tick “My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication”, using the same login as incoming.
Enter your password, test the settings, then click Finish.
Go to Outlook → Settings → Accounts and click + to add an account.
Type your full email address. If prompted for a provider, choose IMAP.

Enter your full email as the username and your password, then click Add Account.
Tap your profile icon → the gear (Settings) → Add Mail Account → Add Email Account.
Type your full email and tap Add Account. If it is not detected, choose Set up manually and select IMAP.

Tap the tick / Sign in, then send a test email.
